Our Story

Junto by Poached was born in 2026 with one simple idea: to create a place for people to come together. A space where you can slow down, catch up with friends, and enjoy great coffee, New York-style bagels, and a little taste of NYC right here in Beckenham.

We’ve been part of the Beckenham community since 2017, when we opened our first brand, Poached. Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to become part of so many daily routines, and Junto is our way of giving something back—a fresh new space built around good food, good company, and the neighbourhood we call home.

Because the best moments are often the simplest: sharing a bagel, grabbing your usual coffee, and spending time together.

Bagels galore!

Amazing conversion to an open concept. Bright and welcoming gathering space.

We had the pastrami on everything and a smoke salmon on plain. The bagel was loaded with pastrami that was well balanced with the pickle. The cream cheese was new york style thick and creamy.

Coffee continues to be stellar. I am a massive fan of Press and so glad Poach sources them.

Love to see a local business evolve and stay fresh! Great work on a speedy reno and best of luck on continued success!
